Do you have one or more properties that you rent? Do you want an easy way to get them under control?
"Rental Management" is the app for you!

○ Start by entering your accommodations such as apartments, houses, rooms etc.
○ For each accommodation you can enter the current rent and keep the history of all transactions. Check which ones have been paid, unpaid or delayed.
○ Time remaining until the next rental. "Rental Management" will notify you the day you need to cash it.
○ Also add the expenses you incur for your accommodation to keep your income and expenses under control.
○ No account or registration is required to use the app. All data will be saved on your iCloud and you can restore them whenever you want on all your devices.


If the free version is not enough for you and you want more, subscribe to the "Management Pro" package. The subscription will allow you to remove the entry limit of your accommodations, bringing it to unlimited.
The subscription will be renewed every month at a cost of € 0.99. Your account will be charged for this subscription period on the start day and then for each subsequent renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the service period.
This service will automatically renew until canceled, at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
To turn off automatic renewal, go to Account settings and cancel your current purchase.
